Linking Aadhar with Voter ID

Online Aadhaar linking via NVSP Portal:

Step 1: Visit the India govt's NVSP portal - http://www.nvsp.in

Step 2: Enter your credentials - state, district, name, date of birth and father's name

Step 3: After filling all the details, click on the "Search" button. If the details entered by you are correct, your details will appear

Step 4: Click "Feed Aadhaar No." option. You will find it on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 5: Once you click enter, a pop-up page will appear where you will have to fill in your name, Aadhaar number, EPIC number, registered mobile number and or registered email address.

Step 6: After entering all the details, click on "submit"

Step 7: After clicking “submit”, a message will appear on screen stating that your application has been registered successfully.

Aadhaar linking via SMS:

You can send an SMS to 166 OR 51969 in the format mentioned below:

< EPIC_Number > < Aadhaar Number >

Aadhaar linking via phone:

There are dedicated call centers that will help with the Aadhaar linking process. Simply call 1950 on weekdays between 10 am to 5 pm and provide your Voter ID and Aadhaar card information to link.

Aadhaar linking via booth level officers:

Step 1: Visit a nearby BLO office

Step 2: Submit an application to your respective Booth Level Officer (BLO).

Step 3: The information provided by you will be verified by the BLO. After verification, it will reflect in your records.
