Amazon and Flipkart both conduct flash sales of newly launched mobile.
If a consumer got a damage or fault in mobile he will return it to that E Commerce site.
They will return it to the mobile  / tablet manufacturer. That product is checked by experts and they repair that damaged part. And once again they will conduct all tests.
Those products are sold as refurbished. Price difference is about 2000 bucks.

GST relief for home buyers, realtors warned

VISAKHAPATNAM: In major relief to property buyers, especially apartments, Goods and  Sales Tax  ( GST ) authorities have warned realtors and construction companies of punitive action if they do not pass on the benefits of input tax credit to the buyers by reducing the prices.
